SIJ case approved

Three young children in Ohio can now focus on their schooling without worrying quite so much about their future thanks to the work of Attorney Blumenthal. Ms. Blumenthal worked with the children’s mother to present evidence in the county juvenile court which showed the children’s abusive father had abandoned the family and that it was in their best interest to remain in the United States with their mother. After the local judge granted full custody rights to their mother, our team filed the paperwork with USCIS to request Special Immigrant Juvenile Status which will allow them to apply for Permanent Residence, eventually securing their right to live, learn and work legally in the U.S.
