Erin M. Pettegrew, Esq.

Erin Pettegrew is an Associate Attorney at Costas Law Firm. She focuses on family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, and removal defense. Erin has represented clients in Immigration Court, including asylum and waiver cases, and has successfully prepared applications such as VAWA, U visas, adjustment of status, and prosecutorial discretion requests.

She earned her law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and is developing her Spanish to better serve immigrant families.
